Discover, Mastercard and Visa accepted.

Insurance plans I accept include Aetna, Medicaid, Worker's Comp, Blue Cross, Health Choice, Tricare, and UBH/UHC. If you are interested in an evaluation, let me know and we can discuss what is needed, if anything, as to getting it pre-authorized.  Co-pays and deductibles vary across plans, and I always call to check that out and will inform you of the company's policy.

Assessment for most issues is covered.  However, some plans restrict testing for educational assessments of students, or for attention deficit disorder (ADHD).

I am unable to accept Medicare, either by itself or if it exists in conjunction with another plan, such as Medicaid.
